My family and I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The water quality was questionable, with a yellowish residue coming from the tap and shower. Additionally, the service was lacking, and the room was not tidied during our stay. Although we did get a room change for accessibility, the noise levels were unbearable. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

My stay was pretty disappointing overall. The room had dirty sheets and towels, and I was shocked to find a cockroach in the bathroom. Although the staff eventually provided a dirty towel after a long search, the service was unfriendly and the check-in process was frustrating.
